ROBERTSDALE, Alabama - May 4, 2017 – The Baldwin County Association of REALTORS® (BCAR) and the Alabama Association of REALTORS® (AAR) is pleased to announce that one of its members, Knox McMurphy, recently completed the final course of the Alabama REALTOR® Institute.
By successfully completing all REALTOR® Institute courses, a student is awarded the national recognized Graduate, REALTOR® Institute (GRI) designation.
BCAR, as the local association, provided classes which Knox attended to earn her GRI designation.
With 60 hours of real estate instruction, including such topics as Working with Buyers, Working with Sellers, Professionalism, Accountability & Development, Real Estate Contracts, and Real Estate Technology, the designation is awarded exclusively to REALTORS®. Less than 15% of all members of the REALTOR® organization attain this designation.
