ROBERTSDALE, Alabama - May 15, 2017 – Four employees have joined the Baldwin County Association of REALTORS® (BCAR) to assist membership in MLS Support, Government Affairs, Communications and Member Services.
Janna Nelson joins the association as the MLS Support Coordinator from Baton Rouge, Louisiana. With a technical background, Nelson will support BCAR members with technical support, assist with MLS needs and manage the website.
Jennifer Foutch is the first Government Affairs Director. She is a licensed attorney in Illinois and Alabama and began with BCAR in April. Foutch will work with local representatives, work with Government Affairs volunteers, and attend planning and zoning meetings and council meetings throughout the county to protect and advocate for the real estate industry, like private property rights.
Becky Kiper also joined the BCAR team in April as part-time in Member Services. She has spent the majority of the last seven years as a nanny and teaching painting classes.
Allison Woodham is the Communications Director for BCAR. A Baldwin County native, Woodham comes to the association as an editor from the local media. She will be handling communications within the association and to the community.
Sheila Dodson, CEO of BCAR, is excited about the new faces through the office.
“I think we’re building the best and brightest team to help support our membership,” she said. “There’s growth in Baldwin County, and growth in the county gives opportunity for growth for jobs and I’m so glad BCAR can give back. We are fortunate to find good talent and people for years to come.”
BCAR assists over 2,000 members with education opportunities, networking and MLS services. We are committed to professionalism in the real estate industry and strive to promote and maintain high standards of conduct through services and support to our membership. Adding value to our member’s business is our goal.
